Let each teacher enter their own subject's scores
The bottleneck is almost always one person typing everyone's scores. Remove it. Each teacher should enter marks for the subjects they actually teach, and only those subjects. A maths teacher sees maths and can't accidentally overwrite English.
This does two things at once. It spreads the work across the whole staff so it finishes in an afternoon, and it puts data entry next to the person who knows the marks, which cuts errors sharply.
Compute broadsheets and positions automatically
