Verify the collector at the moment of release
For an early or midday pickup, where the risk is highest, the collector is checked before the child is handed over. They present a scan, by QR or a registered phone, and the system confirms they are actually authorised to collect that specific child. A staff member signs in with a PIN on the shared device, so every release is tied to a named, accountable adult, never just "the tablet did it".

Keep a record of every handover
